What’s included in every package?
Every package includes a website designed from scratch around your brand, not a template, built mobile-first, set up with domain, hosting, and SSL, and quoted at a fixed price before work begins. Launch covers up to 4 pages, Signature up to 7, and Flagship 8 or more. Larger packages add integrations like WhatsApp and booking forms, photo galleries, deeper SEO, copywriting, and longer post-launch support.
Do I need to have my content ready?
You bring your logo, colors, business information, products or services, photography, and important links. We shape them into the site. If something is missing, tell us and we’ll help you figure out the right approach.
How long does a website take?
Typically 1–2 weeks for Launch, 2–4 weeks for Signature, and 4–7 weeks for Flagship, depending on how quickly content is ready. Once we agree on scope, we confirm the timeline before the project starts. No surprises.
What does a care plan cover?
Care plans are optional and start at $95 a month with hosting included. Care covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security updates, and one small change a month. Care+ ($195) adds up to two hours of changes, a monthly performance and SEO check, and priority turnaround. Growth ($395) adds up to five hours, a new section each quarter, analytics reporting, and Google Business Profile upkeep. Extra work beyond the included hours is $95 an hour, and annual prepay gets two months free.
What about the domain and hosting?
Your business needs a domain such as yourbusiness.com, usually about $15 a year, and we set it up with you. Hosting is included in every care plan; if you prefer to skip a plan, hosting on its own is from about $20 a month.
How does payment work?
Half to start and half at launch, against a fixed written quote. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices; if the scope changes, we agree on it before any extra work begins.
Do you work with businesses outside Philadelphia?
Yes. Most of our clients are in the Philadelphia area, but the whole process works remotely: calls, WhatsApp, shared previews, and email. Location only matters if you want us on site for photos.
Can you build the site in Spanish?
Yes: English, Spanish, or both. Hablamos español. A full second-language version is available as an add-on to any package.
